Thank you for visiting the Winnick Home’s “on-line bidding” website. The following is a step by step process for you in order to make the “on-line bidding” process as user friendly as possible. - Step 1-After reading these procedures you may want to print a copy of this process page for you future use likewise after you have read the procedure, click on the continue button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the "on-line bidding."
- Step 2-Review the Service Agreement. If you have read the service agreement and agree to the terms please click “I accept” at the bottom of the page and continue through the “on-line bidding” process.
- Steps 3-Please fill out 100% of the Registration Form. Once you have completed the form it will automatically submit your information to our main office for approval and issuance of a user name and password.
- Step 4-Within 24 hours you will receive your user name and password. Please write this information down in a secure area. Your user name and password will allow you future access.
- Step 5-Once you have obtained your username and password please go back to our main website, www.winnickhomes.com, click on the “on-line bidding” and enter your username and password to enter the main home page for our “on-line bidding.”
- Step 6-The main home page will offer you several options to navigate through.
- By clicking on a specific community logo you can view the community location map and the site map for that particular community. Please note the information to the right of the community logo for bid due date information.
- By clicking on the plan square/link you can review the blue prints for all models offered in that particular community. The plans will appear as folders on the left hand side of the next page. By clicking on the plus symbol (on the left side) next to the folder you will be able to view the different elevations for that particular model. Once you have clicked on the particular folder for the model you desire, the full set of drawings will appear. The individual sheets can be viewed by clicking on the particular sheet. You can zoom in on the plan by clicking the magnifying glass in the tool bar (at the top of the page) then move the now “hand symbol cursor” over the plan and click the particular area you want to zoom in on. To close a particular sheet click on the right/upper corner red “x”. This will then bring you back to the page that displays all the working drawing for the particular model you were viewing.
- You have the option of viewing plans “on-line”, printing plans to your local printer or purchasing plans on line. If you desire a particular sheet click the small box labeled “select item” to the left of the sheet. Once you have clicked the desired sheets, click the “add to cart” button, not to be confused with the “shopping cart” button at the top of the page. The option of ordering a full set of plans can also be obtained by clicking the small grey box labeled “select all” and then click the “add to cart” button. A list of what has been ordered will appear. Please verify the accuracy of what is in you cart at this point and click the “checkout button” at the top if you are finished ordering plans. The next page will ask for a shipping method. Please choose the method you desire and click the “continue” button at the top of the page. Please verify the information on the last page and click “purchase” when complete. Once this is completed your “order confirmation” will appear. Please print a copy of this for your future records.
- At this point you can continue back to the main home page by clicking the “back” button with the green arrow at the left/upper corner of the “order confirmation” page.
- Step 7-You should now view the “Quality Checklists” and “Specifications and Scope of Work” documents located on the main page. These can be viewed by clicking on either logo and then proceed to your trade/discipline document. Please read these carefully for these are to be included in your bids.
